2.0 & Partners wins full service appraisal tender at Bologna Airport

ITALY. UK-based travel retail consultancy 2.0 & Partners has won a tender to conduct a full service appraisal at Bologna Airport.

The appraisal has begun already and involves a complete review of shop floor activities covering food & beverage concessions, duty free stores and airport services such as banks, first aid and exchange kiosks. Security and control services are also being assessed.

A mystery shopping service forms part of the appraisal project, with 2.0 & Partners agents paying 120 visits per month over the course of a two-year contract, with the possibility of a one-year extension.

2.0 & Partners was recently appointed to conduct a passenger satisfaction survey at Venice Marco Polo Airport, having previously been appointed to conduct a mystery shopping service there.
