USA. Sky Asian Bistro has been named Merchant of the Year at The Philadelphia Marketplace in Philadelphia International Airport.
The outlet is located in Concourse C and offers fresh sushi and a variety of Asian fusion menu items to eat in or take out. Sky Asian Bistro’s Rahim Essahli, Tom DiStefano and Eugene Judge collected a US$1,000 prize and the EDGE! (Excellence Drives Great Experiences) trophy.
The Philadelphia Marketplace’s Cutting EDGE! Programme is designed to motivate and reward merchants for providing great customer service to passengers at the airport. Each merchant can earn EDGE! points for exceeding expectations through great customer service, marketing and training. Quarterly and yearly awards are given based on points received.
The restaurant and retail quarterly winners for 2015-2016 were:
