INTERNATIONAL. To mark International Women’s Day today, 8 March, The Moodie Davitt Report is celebrating the tremendous efforts by women and girls around the world in shaping a more equal future.
As reported, we have partnered with leading travel retailer Aer Rianta International (ARI) for an inspiring website makeover and social media campaign.
We have also jointly launched an empowering social media campaign called ‘Women Rise’, which celebrates the diverse and inspiring women working at both companies.
The Moodie Davitt Report has always embraced both diversity and equality and we remain committed to forging a gender-equal world.
To complement the Women Rise campaign, we asked some of the women of The Moodie Davitt Report to talk about what womanhood means to them.
Here are some of their responses…
The Moodie Davitt Report Publisher Irene Revilla said: “International Women’s Day is a good reminder of the need to promote an inclusive world (and travel retail industry), where diversity is considered an asset. We are delighted to collaborate with ARI for this very special initiative and to continue to make progress in achieving gender equality.”
The Moodie Davitt Report Co-Owners Martin Moodie and Dermot Davitt said: “The Moodie Davitt Report is excited to partner with ARI for International Women’s Day. Like ARI, our success is very much driven by the women on our team. Each one is an outstanding individual who has helped drive our success to date and to negotiate the challenges of the past year with energy, conviction and grace. We salute their contributions and achievements and those of women throughout our industry worldwide.”
