The Moodie Davitt Virtual Expo Company today unveiled the first edition of the Wellbeing World Newsletter — the official media of the pioneering Wellbeing World Virtual Expo (18-31 January, 2021).

The Newsletter delivers fortnightly content embracing the key pillars of health: eat, move, mind, self and sleep. It brings together the knowledge and expertise of leading practitioners in functional lifestyle and medicine.

The first edition features informative articles from Functional Medicine Associates Founder Pete Williams, Mindfulness Teacher and Speaker Katie Sheen and Performance Coach and Business Psychologist Sue Firth.

The Wellbeing World Virtual Expo is a pioneering event in the burgeoning wellbeing space and, uniquely, is targeted at trade (retailers, service providers, hotels, spas etc), health professional and consumer levels. It will be held in two parts: 1) A live show, with On-Demand access (18-31 January); and 2) A follow-up showcase: 31 January – 26 February 2021.

The Wellbeing World Virtual Expo is organised by the Moodie Davitt Virtual Expo Company, one of the world’s leading business publishers and event organisers, with project leadership from Adele Wolstenhulme, a clinical Psycho-neuro-immunology (PNI) practitioner, nutrition consultant and certified Metabolic Balance coach.

Commenting on the Expo, The Moodie Davitt Report Founder and Chairman Martin Moodie and Wellbeing Director Adele Wolstenhulme said: “We promise an event like no other, with the leaders in functional & lifestyle medicine presenting alongside celebrity chefs, natural movement gurus, psychologists and sleep experts live and ‘on demand’ throughout the two-week Symposium that runs alongside the live Expo.

“Definitions of wellbeing vary widely, but all relate to a feeling of ‘being’ that reflects health, happiness and prosperity. And never has there been a more critical time to embrace all aspects of ‘being well’, so we can emerge through the current period fully empowered to take control of our health and all that bestows within our daily lives.”
