Virtual Travel Retail Expo draws further support from leading travel retailers as more exhibitors sign up

INTERNATIONAL. The second Virtual Travel Retail Expo, run by The Moodie Davitt Report along with support partner FILTR.QINGWA, is attracting further support from leading travel retailers, brand owners and other service providers. The event takes place on 11-15 October.

Retailers and airport companies that have registered to attend in recent days include Auckland International Airport, Duty Free Caribbean Holdings, Duty Free Georgia, Elevate Gourmet Brands, Flemingo Duty Free, Hainan Development Holdings Co, Hong Kong International Airport, King Power Group (HK), JFKIAT, PT Aura Cantik/Jakarta Duty Free, Retail inMotion, Tasa Meng, Thai Airways International and Unifree Duty Free.

Attendance is free for all exhibitors and sponsors, airports authorities, airlines, cruise and ferry companies, retail and F&B operators, other airport service providers, trade associations and official media partners. Registration for all other delegates is just US$250 for the live week and encore period.

As reported, Hainan Provincial Bureau of International Economic Development (Hainan IEDB) has become an official co-organiser of the Virtual Travel Retail Expo and Host of the Hainan Discovery Zone, a highlight of the virtual event.

Meanwhile Taipei-based travel retailer Tasa Meng has confirmed its presence in the newly developed Retailer Emporium, while Canadian beverage group Molson Coors, handbag and sunglasses accessories brand Bravo Fashion, skincare innovator Augustinus Bader and recruitment and staffing services provider Spark Group of Companies, have all confirmed their return to this year’s Exhibition Pavilion, alongside travel data analyst ForwardKeys.

The Virtual Travel Retail Expo continues to attract strong support from retailers, brands and airports, with others that attended the acclaimed inaugural event in 2020 also pledging to return.
