Victorinox partners with Swiss International Airlines to supply Business Class amenity kits

Victorinox, maker of the ‘original Swiss army knife’, is partnering with Swiss International Airlines to develop amenity kits for the airline’s Business Class passengers.

The kits will be available exclusively to Business Class passengers on long-haul flights for the next three years.

The new collection consists of six, multifunctional kits, including a passport cover and a toilet bag. Some of the kits can be combined with each other by snapping them together and creating an entirely new kit.

Business Class passengers on long-haul flights will also receive a high-quality reusable metal tin, with a design inspired by Victorinox’s Spectra case.

Victorinox Director Global Travel Retail Thomas Bodenmann commented: “The timing of our agreement with Swiss Airlines is perfect as we look to build the Victorinox brand in travel retail. These amenity kits offer a nice introduction to the functionality and quality for which we are known, while the tie-up clearly reinforces our Swiss credentials and heritage.

“We’re hopeful that for travellers in Swiss Business Class the next step might be to seek out our products in travel retail.”

Victorinox amenity kits will be updated over the next three years to provide travellers with new amenities.

In other news, Victorinox has launched an online competition called ‘Fly & Win’ which gives participating travellers the opportunity to win prizes throughout 2018. More details can be found here.
