French chocolate specialist Valrhona will present new gift boxes at next week’s TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference in Singapore (B2 F32).
Two presentations, with red and gold designs, celebrate the Chinese New Year 2018, which will be the Year of the Dog.
Origine Grands Crus Giftbox offers three dark chocolates made with cocoa beans from Ecuador, Dominican Republic and Madagascar while Fine Chocolate Bonbons Giftbox includes an assortment of dark, milk and ivory ganaches and pralinés.
The Petits Délices gift box takes inspiration from great French Pâtisseries and showcases Valrhona’s passion for chocolate and pastry. Its pieces echo Millefeuille, Tarte Tatin, Crème Caramel and Fondant au Chocolat.
The gift box will be available in September 2017.
Swiss chocolate brand Villars will present its new liqueur chocolate bars. The bars, which combine Swiss liquors and Villars chocolate, are said to offer an “unrivalled experience of taste”.
The new range includes milk chocolate with whisky filling, milk chocolate with Williams Pear liqueur, dark chocolate with gin and dark chocolate with kirsch.
