Tumi has released its Fall/Winter 2016 collections, featuring new designs and the Tumi ID Lock.
New for women is the Verona range, which combines lightweight nylon with leather trim, leather tassel zipper pullers, leather handles and gunmetal hardware.
The Quinn Satchel is designed as a work and/or overnight bag. Details include a gusseted exterior front pocket with a key leash, an interior pocket and mobile phone pocket. The Add-A-Bag strap means all styles can be stacked on top of wheeled travel pieces.
The Casey Crossbody and Kori Small Backpack include a hooded design, with an oversized gunmetal clip, over the main compartment.
Also new for women is the Sinclair Collection, which is said to offer versatile travel, business and everyday designs.
The Camilla Tote, offered in both small and large sizes, is crafted from coated canvas and comes in autumnal colours and a seasonal character print. A removable and adjustable crossbody strap offers multiple styling options and the tote includes a padded laptop compartment and front pocket.
The Envelope Wallet and Zip-Around Continental Wallet are updated in seasonal colours Cranberry, Pine and Moroccan Blue. Both wallets have multiple card slots and pockets. The Tri-Fold Wallet and Slim Card Case also come with several card slots.
New designs have been added to the Noho collection, along with an updated colour range including Ash and Pine.
The Angie Crossbody is a new structured mini that fits a phone, wallet and keys. The bag includes the Tumi ID Lock built into the bag’s design to protect personal data. The crossbody can convert to a clutch by unclipping the adjustable crossbody strap.
The woven leather Emily Tote is described as the “ultimate seven-day bag” and the classic Georgie Bucket Bag, in pebbled or woven leather, features a drawstring in the main compartment and a crossbody strap. Both are removable and adjustable.
The utilitarian-inspired Larkin collection, updated in Indigo, offers a range of designs including wheeled and non-wheeled briefs, totes and a backpack in ballistic nylon.
The Erin Brief, crafted from mini ballistic fabric and leather, has a large main compartment and padded laptop compartment. The Tanya Tote, available in both large and small, is a functional bag for everyday use, with a removable, padded laptop sleeve, plus extra space for a phone and electronic accessories.
The lightweight Voyageur collection has been refreshed to include gunmetal hardware and new colours, Merlot and Stone, and Indigo Floral, Pine Floral and Orchid Floral prints.
Tumi’s Modern Tote, also known as the ‘M Tote’, is the brand’s new “quintessential” tote for the season. Crafted from nylon, the Daniella Small Backpack features a padded media pocket and front and side pockets while the Lingerie Travel Bag offers double zip construction and a removable, washable mesh pouch.
Tumi’s Fall/Winter 2016 collection for men includes the new Haydon collection, a range of soft, functional designs. All styles are crafted from a lightweight, durable fabric with pebbled leather trim and include Tumi ID Lock. The designs feature leather carry handles and Add-A-Bag straps.
The Elias Flap Backpack features dual compartments with separate padded pockets to hold both a laptop and a tablet. The back section includes a zippered pass-through that allows access to the padded laptop pocket without unzipping the top of the bag.
The Blackburn Duffel has an expanding zip flap to extend the main compartment and features interior pockets.
Tumi’s Accessories collection has been extended with Camden, Mason and an updated Monaco range. These lines offer designs in muted colours including Juniper, Merlot, Burnt Orange and Indigo.
The Camden Passport Case includes an ID window, multiple interior card slots, one exterior card slot and a back billfold. The Mason collection in textured leather, features ID Lock and the Double Billfold has seam-sealed construction and various card slots.
The relaunched Monaco collection is updated in textured leather with a refreshed logo plaque. The Double Billfold, available with ID Lock, has angled pocket construction to protect personal cards.
