Travel Food Services launches the Travel Club Lounge at Mumbai T1

INDIA. Travel Food Services (TFS) has launched Travel Club Lounge, a new executive lounge at Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Airport Terminal 1 (Domestic). It is designed, said the travel service company, to deliver “comfort, hospitality and convenience” for travellers.

Located in Terminal 1B, it is open around the clock and can accommodate 140 passengers at a time. Facilities include recliners, entertainment, live cooking, a full buffet plus snacks, tea & coffee and cold beverages. The lounge also offers a wide selection of popular newspapers and magazines. Complimentary Wifi and toilet facilities are available for guests.

TFS COO Gaurav Dewan said: “Mumbai Airport is always bustling with travellers, and Mumbai Domestic Airport was missing the luxury of a world-class lounge product. TFS is always in search of excellence and committed to transforming the F&B experience. Our intent is to give travellers a memory of India to cherish, in the little transition time between or before travel. Considering the volume of travellers and the distances involved in a large country like India, travellers [can] look forward to a place to spend a couple of hours where they can relax, rejuvenate and recharge themselves.”
