Travel Food Services launches First Class menu at Mumbai Airport’s Adani Lounge

First Class travellers at Mumbai Airport can now experience a new level of luxury dining at the Adani Lounge

INDIA. Travel Food Services (TFS) has introduced a new First Class menu for the Adani Lounge at Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. The menu was curated by award-winning Chef Rajesh Shetty, who is Food & Beverage Consultant for the lounge.

A recent launch event featured a discussion on luxury dining and hospitality followed by a seven-course meal.

Among the dishes served at the lounge are lobsters, poached Brussel sprouts, vegan risottos and bruleed salmon.

Rajesh Shetty said: “With this new rendition, we have a singular goal, of making a traveller savour the journey as much as the destination.

“We want someone visiting the lounge to not only unwind and relax before their flight. We want them to be immersed in a journey where food leads the way.”

Shetty trained with the prestigious Taj Mahal Mumbai, and has over 26 years of culinary experience within the travel sector.
