A new kind of Can exhibition from Tito’s Handmade Vodka

USA. Tito’s Handmade Vodka has introduced a limited-edition Tito’s in a Can. But this is not any ordinary drinks industry can. Not only does it not hold vodka, it is completely empty.

It does, however, include full instructions on how to make Tito’s Handmade Vodka-based cocktails.

Introducing Tito’s in a Can: Ingredients not included

The 16oz, double steel-walled, insulated and refillable can marks the US brand’s response to a growing trend for drinks companies to include seltzers in their portfolios.

Tito’s points out that consumers “won’t be able to find Tito’s in a Can among the black cherry and mango-flavoured beverages at their local store because the can is completely empty”.

“Tito’s is launching an empty can so fans can make their canned cocktails the way they like them: with Tito’s Handmade Vodka and literally whatever ingredients they want,” Tito’s added.

“While most alcohol companies may see ready-to-drink cocktails as a required product launch this decade, Tito’s bucks the trend and remains true to its stance that they only make one product, and that is vodka-flavoured vodka.”

Tito’s Handmade Vodka Vice President Brand Marketing Taylor Berry commented: “At Tito’s, we put our energy into doing one thing, and doing it really well: making a high-quality and smooth vodka at a reasonable price.

“We developed Tito’s in a Can so Tito’s drinkers can make their own, better-quality seltzers; ones that are fresh and are as strong or carbonated or citrusy as you want. Because we don’t make seltzers, you do.”
