Tito’s Handmade Vodka expands international distribution network

Tito’s Handmade Vodka will be distributed in six additional countries this month

Tito’s Handmade Vodka, the award-winning six-time pot distilled craft vodka from the US, is continuing its international expansion with six new countries joining its distribution network.

Starting this month, the brand will be distributed in both the on- and off-trade within the following countries: Korea (distributor name: Indulge), Greece (Amvyx SA), Panama (Fernando Motta), Guatemala (Distribuidora Alcazaren), and Costa Rica (Vinos & Destilados SA).

“We are excited that the international market has been as receptive to the Tito’s Handmade Vodka brand as it has throughout 2014. As we continue to close out the year, I am eager to begin working with our new distributors within countries spanning across the globe,” said Tito Beveridge, Founder and Master Distiller of Tito’s Handmade Vodka.

Tito’s Handmade Vodka, a Texas-based company, is said to be one of the fastest growing micro distilleries in the US. Founded in 1997, the brand received early recognition when it won the Unanimous Double Gold Medal at the World Spirits Competition in 2001 over 71 other vodkas. Most recently it was named Spirit Brand/Distiller of the Year at Wine Enthusiast magazine’s Wine Star Awards.

Tito’s is made from 100% corn, which is said to give it a sweeter, rounder flavour than vodkas made from wheat and potatoes. The brand has seen strong sales growth in the US, driven mainly by word-of-mouth recommendations from consumers. Today the brand is sold within the US, New Zealand, provinces in Canada, the Caribbean Islands, as well as through United Airlines and American Airlines.
