JAPAN. A new shop and two new food & beverage concepts will open at Chubu Centrair International Airport Terminal 1 this month.
Canadian Morning & Toko opens on 22 December and will offer branded outdoor backpacks and other miscellaneous goods such as t-shirts, hats and mugs.
Airport operator Centrair Japan International Airport Company said the products will suit customers who want to enjoy outdoor activities in places such as Canada.
The Nagoya-founded Komeda’s Coffee Shop opens its doors this Friday and will offer its well-known Shiro-Noir (fluffy Danish pastries topped with soft ice cream) and a variety of coffee blends.
The second F&B venture – Sora no Onigiriya – opens on 26 December. Its staple offer is rice balls “carefully and fluffily-made” with ingredients such as rice, nori (seaweed) and salt.
Centrair Japan International Airport Company said that more new stores are planned to open at the airport in January 2022.
