The Moodie Davitt e-Zine: The Trinity Forum 2018 in review

INTERNATIONAL. Welcome to The Moodie Davitt e-Zine – Travel Retail’s Lookbook. From Charles Chen’s address on the changing nature of the Chinese traveller to Colm McLoughlin’s reminder of the importance of front line staff, The Trinity Forum 2018 was full of compelling presentations and discussion panels.

We reflect on a memorable few days in Shanghai in our comprehensive review of the event. Speakers discussed some of the great themes and dynamics of travel retail today, including digitalisation, traveller engagement, the retail experience and industry relationships.

In our ‘Travel retail’s positive disruptors and innovators’ column, he calls for a more precise, coherent and financially disciplined approach.
