INTERNATIONAL. TFWA has extended its social media presence by joining Instagram under the name TFWAnews.
The new account adds to the Association’s social media coverage via Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, both as a group and as a dedicated page.
TFWA stated its approach for Instagram will differ from what it offers on other platforms.
The association will use key data and definitions to focus on the duty free and travel retail industry. Live posts from TFWA events in Cannes, Singapore and elsewhere will be included.
“Our objective is to raise awareness of duty free and travel retail among people less familiar with the industry, but we’ll be posting plenty to interest our members and delegates too,” the association stated.
