TAV Operation Services captures Meet & Assist contract at Jeddah International

SAUDI ARABIA. TAV Operation Services has been awarded the contract to operate Meet & Assist Services at Jeddah King Abdulaziz International Airport following a tender.

The airport is Saudi Arabia’s busiest with 30 million passengers a year. It builds on TAV Operation Services’ primeclass portfolio, which offers services to passengers before and after their flights.

With this latest partnership, TAV Operation Services, a subsidiary of TAV Airports, will be operating Meet & Assist services in six countries at 14 airports around the world.

TAV Operation Services General Manager Ali Bora Isbulan said: “We are very proud to reinforce our network in Saudi Arabia which is a fast growing market in terms of services development. We are glad to work with the General Authority of Civil Aviation in order to help King Abdulaziz International Airport to become one of the best airports in terms of quality.”

As well as primeclass lounges and services, TAV Operation Services manages non-aviation revenues at TAV airports including some retail concessions, advertising, loyalty programmes and travel agents.
