To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Sulwhasoo’s signature product, First Care Activating Serum EX, Amore Pacific and DFS have announced the opening of 20 pop-up stores in 11 countries. Beginning with Hong Kong in June, the counters will then roll-out to: Macau; China; US (Hawaii and Los Angeles); Japan; Guam; Saipan; Singapore; Vietnam; Indonesia; and Cambodia.
The pop-up stores will showcase the entire range of First Care Activating Serum including the 20th anniversary limited edition First Care Activating Serum EX (in a larger size) and the DFS exclusive set containing Sulwhasoo’s signature products: First Care Activating Serum EX and Concentrated Ginseng Renewing Cream EX.
An engraving service will be offered at DFS Sun Plaza store in Hong Kong. Customers will be able to have their name or a personal message engraved on the products. Other benefits and special offers including DFS vouchers will also be available.
Sulwhasoo offers a holistic skincare range inspired by Asian wisdom. Harnessing the benefits of Korean herbal medicine, it is described as the ‘first science-based Korean luxury medicinal skincare system’. Indigenous medicinal herbs native to Korea are used in the products to balance the energies of the skin for a healthy complexion. First Care Activating Serum EX is the first step of the skincare routine. The boosting serum blends ancient herbal wisdom with modern science to create a product that replenishes skin’s essential moisture and nutrients. Ingredients include milkvetch to promote natural circulation and dwarf lilyturf and licorice to restore radiance.
Concentrated Ginseng Renewing Cream Ex adds moisture and luminosity to the complexion. It contains Compound K, an anti-ageing ingredient found in ginseng roots, which nourishes and revitalises the skin. In addition, the ginseng flower provides Ginsenoside Re (here six times more concentrated than in previous products) to protect the skin from harmful elements.
