Stefan Dembinski appointed to key LVMH beauty brands role

stefanStefan Dembinski has been appointed Retail Development Director Perfumes and Cosmetics for luxury giant LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH).

The highly experienced, much-respected executive is tasked with developing the worldwide retail strategy of LVMH beauty brands such as Guerlain, Givenchy, Kenzo, Acqua di Parma, Make Up For Ever, Benefit, Fresh and Cha Ling.

Dembinski had previously spent over 22 years with the L’Oréal Group. His most recent role was within travel retail, leading a worldwide commercial re-engineering project designed to better answer the new challenges of a fast-changing beauty market. Before that he had headed the Giorgio Armani and Designer Fragrances travel retail business in Europe, the Middle East & Africa.

Dembinski is widely regarded as one of the most challenging and forward-thinking minds in the beauty sector. He made a particularly strong contribution to a stand-out panel at last year’s Trinity Forum in Mumbai which assessed the future of travel retail in an increasingly e-commerce-dominated age.
