UAE. Fine wine and luxury spirits travel retailer Le Clos recently hosted author, explorer and photographer Levison Wood for an evening of storytelling and exploration. It was designed to reinforce awareness of the company’s offer and services at Dubai International.

The event, held at the Bhar Terrace, Renaissance Hotel, Business Bay was hosted in partnership with Esquire Middle East, as part of Wood’s appearance at the Emirates Airline Festival of Literature.
Wood specialises in documenting people and cultures in remote regions and post-conflict zones. His second book, Walking the Himalayas, was voted Adventure Travel Book of the Year at the Edward Stanford Travel Writing Awards and his other books, Walking the Nile and Walking the Americas, were both Sunday Times bestsellers.
During the evening, Le Clos also showcased wines and spirits from around the world including blended malts from the Nikka distillery in Japan, Sauvignon Blanc from the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon and Patrón tequila from Jalisco, Mexico.
