GERMANY. Smartseller – the joint venture between Gebr. Heinemann and travel food service operator casualfood – has unveiled a redesigned duty free, food service and convenience store space at Münster Osnabrück International Airport.
These previously separated retail/food elements are now combined in an open, integrated concept named ‘all yours’. It covers around 600sq m and is located directly after the security checkpoint.

The open all yours concept combines retail and F&B, and gives users views of the airfield and airport gates
The all yours space is divided into four areas: YOUR SPA (relaxation and refreshment), YOUR STUDIO (layovers), YOUR KITCHEN (food) and YOUR MÜNSTERLAND (in which more than 30 typical products from the Westphalian region are presented).
The selection of sunglasses, jewellery, spirits, confectionery, and books and magazines has been significantly expanded, along with the travel essentials and convenience area.
There are also extensive food service options, with salads and hot dishes such as burgers, pasta and pinsa available.
Following the redesign, smartseller noted that all yours visitors can now enjoy excellent views of the airfield and airport gates. As part of this, passenger flow has been adapted so that travellers will walk by the new location.

Smartseller said it aims to add value to small and medium-sized regional airports by combining travel retail, food & beverage and convenience. The new space at Münster Osnabrück International Airport follows a similar venture at Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport in Slovenia.
At the opening, smartseller Managing Director Karl Niendorf said: “Thanks to our strong partnership with the airport, we have been able to set up our all yours concept right in the heart of the airport. The combination of an integrated offering, central location, and unique views makes this far more attractive for travellers.”
Münster Osnabrück Airport Managing Director Professor Rainer Schwarz commented: “The innovative concept of all yours, which seamlessly combines retail and food service, is one of the highlights at our airport. We are proud to have completed this future-oriented project together with smartseller and are convinced that it will be very popular among passengers.”
Münster Osnabrück International Airport is situated in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia near Greven, 25km north of Münster and 35km south of Osnabrück.
