Servy platform makes Canadian debut at Montréal-Trudeau International Airport

CANADA. Hospitality platform Servy has launched its first airport programme in Canada at Montréal-Trudeau International. The partnership sees the launch of mobile ordering via the Grab Airport Marketplace. Servy is now present in 13 countries across Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

The platform, which launched this month, features in nine restaurants across the airport, including Archibald Microbrasserie, UBar and Pork & Pickle. In the longer term, it is expected that 40 stores within the airport will be a part of the line-up.

The launch of the platform in Canada extends Servy’s presence to 13 countries worldwide

The Grab Airport Marketplace gives travellers the option to order food and beverages from their own device. The programme is offered in both English and French, making it the first multilingual Grab Airport Marketplace launching this year.

“We are excited to be expanding into a new region, providing safer ordering options and convenience to more travellers and airport employees,” said Servy Chief Experience Officer Jeff Livney. “We see the Marketplace as an essential tool for passengers as travel continues to resume, and we’d like to thank Montréal-Trudeau Airport for their partnership in order to bring this service to Canada.”

Aéroports de Montréal Marketing and Commercial Director Sébastien Duteau said: “We are continuing to do all we can to ensure our airport is a safe and reassuring environment, and our partnership with Servy is an important element in a comprehensive suite of measures. Once travellers begin to return, we’ll be prepared to welcome guests and offer service in a format that works best for them in changed circumstances. We’re looking forward to rolling out the platform across the airport in the future, creating an even more seamless travel experience here at Montréal-Trudeau International Airport.”
