“Seeking best-in-class”: Changi Airport invites bids for confectionery concessions across all terminals

SINGAPORE. Changi Airport Group (CAG) has launched a Direct Marketing Exercise inviting potential partners to bid for nine confectionery stores across all four terminals at Singapore Changi Airport.

The airport company said: “As one of the most accessible and inclusive categories, the Chocolate/Candy/Delicatessen concessions serve to diversify our retail offerings while delivering a fun and vibrant vibe to the overall retail ambience at Changi Airport.”

It is seeking retailers who can position Changi Airport as “best-in-class” through:

  • Engaging and creative concepts with impactful store designs offering passengers “an unforgettable retail experience”;
  • A wide assortment of products that cater to different tastes and price points;
  • Creative use of technology, creative visual merchandising techniques, and/or marketing activations to drive penetration and conversion; and
  • A high level of customer service.
