RUSSIA. The second Sky Service Forum, dedicated to airline onboard services, will take place in Moscow on 26-27 April next year.
The event, which aims to lift the standard of inflight service in Russia and the CIS states, will feature an exhibition, conference and workshops. Training seminars will also be held for cabin crew, who will compete for prizes for the best sales techniques.
Sky Service is aimed at airlines, concession partners from retail to food & beverage, suppliers and crew members.
Organisers describe the Forum’s key tasks as follows:
*To find new formats of cooperation in the field of onboard services.
*To attract international investors.
*To present major projects and how they are developed in onboard services.
*To provide a platform for participants to develop and discuss opportunities for partnership.
*To find new customers.
Sky Service 2017 will take place at Gostiny Gvor in downtown Moscow, close to Red Square.
