Italian fashion brand Paul & Shark is joining forces with Sardinian artist Annarita Serra in the battle against sea pollution.
Their ‘Save the Sea’ project will be launched on 1 October at the TFWA World Exhibition & Conference in Cannes (Riviera Village R8).
Paul & Shark collaborated with Serra, who is known for creating works of art from pieces of plastic and wood washed up by the sea, earlier this year. During Milan Design Week Paul & Shark’s design concept focused on the ecosystem. The brand and the artist aimed to increase awareness of the pollution caused by solid waste in oceans and seas and Serra produced artwork using plastic and wood she had collected from Sardinian beaches.
