Santa Margherita Wine Group focuses on exclusive lines at TFWA World Exhibition

Santa Margherita Wine Group is set to shine the Cannes spotlight on its Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut and Sparkling Rosé Brut at next week’s TFWA World Exhibition (Red Village J17).

The Italian wine specialist said its range of travel retail exclusive lines confirms its commitment to travel retail.

It also noted its investment in the channel by supporting partners, exploring new markets, and promoting the launch of new products, “always with the objective of creating a range that is more tailor-made, distinctive and unique”.

The company will highlight exclusive wines from Santa Margherita, the company at the heart of the group, which was founded by Count Gaetano Marzotto in 1935 at Fossalta di Portogruaro, in Italy’s Veneto region.

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut and Sparkling Rosé Brut lead the line-up, followed by best-selling Grigio Valdadige DOC and newcomer Merlot Veneto IGT.

All Santa Margherita products are presented in premium packaging, designed to create added value and to boost retail sales, at the same time as respecting the environment. The Merlot Veneto, the company pointed out, features an eco-friendly pack with “a careful eye for design”.
