Samsonite opens at Hong Kong International Airport

HONG KONG. Samsonite has opened its first store at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA).

The Terminal 1 store was officially opened on 18 January with a ribbon cutting ceremony. In attendance were brand officials including President Asia Pacific Subrata Dutta and General Manager Hong Kong & Macau Thomas Lui.

Samsonite has opened at HKIA, bringing passengers a wide variety of luggage and travel accessories.

The boutique aims to offer something for every passenger – whatever their age, nationality or reason for travelling.

The store features the debut of a personalisation service that offers customers free luggage tags on purchase of designated items. These can be embossed with initials.

An in-house embossing machine offers customers the opportunity to create personalised luggage tags.
