SAMDecaux showcases state-of-the-art Shanghai Pudong Satellite advertising portfolio

CHINA. SAMDecaux has introduced the media portfolio for the new Satellite Terminal at Shanghai Pudong International Airport.

The joint venture between Shanghai International Airport, JCDecaux, Pearl & Dean and Shanghai Momentum said the advertising offer in the new terminal has been designed with the rapidly progressing Chinese economy in mind. This has resulted in a highly digitalised media offering, which utilises innovative technology.

High-definition screens catch the eye in the boarding hall

A series of 85-inch and 98-inch 4k high-definition screens with patented appearances has been installed in the boarding hall.

State-of-the-art technology: The four-sided ‘Infinity Digital Pillars’

Additionally, several four-sided ‘Infinity Digital Pillars’ including high-definition LED modules have been set up at key entrance points to the terminal.

Advertising is a major part of the Satellite Terminal’s impressive retail area thanks to the 12 lightboxes…

The commercial area of nearly 10,000sq m at the centre of the Satellite Terminal is a focal point for the advertising activity. This area features 12 lightboxes and the free-standing ‘Domination Digital Series’.
