EMCAT Managing Director Lars Croné said: “Our strong international and local experience, together with our reputation for outstanding customer service made us front-runners in the latest tender Sajibumi won in Cambodia.

“The improvements they have made to their current bars and restaurants, plus bringing new brands and concepts to the Kingdom, have undoubtedly helped Cambodia Airports to reach its expectations in airport quality of service. We are thrilled to be expanding our operations in south east Asia with the award of this accomplishment.”

Cambodia Airports CEO Éric Delobel commented: “With the ambitious revamp of the airport facilities in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, completed last March, Cambodia Airports has put a full emphasis on renewing the food & beverage experience at its airports.

“The undertaking has materialised when the outlets were reconfigured and new concepts and brands were introduced. It has been crucial to have EMCAT on board, a partner who shares our mindset and brings a wealth of know-how.”
