All Rosalie’s chocolate is sourced through there Cocoa Horizons Foundation.

In association with The Moodie Davitt Report, Rosalie’s has offered aspiring chocolatiers the chance to bring their ideas to reality through a competition which culminates at next month’s TFWA Asia Pacific  event where the winner will be announced.

Rosalie’s Chef Chocolatier Noel LeJeune will create the winning chocolate treat

The competition follows the success of a related Dream Chocolate challenge leading up to TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes in 2022.
