TÜRKIYE. Roman luxury house Bvlgari, in partnership with Gebr. Heinemann and Unifree Duty Free, has refreshed its corner stores at Istanbul Airport Terminals 4 and 6.
The Rome-themed stores were designed to bring the spirit of the Eternal City to Istanbul. Designed as 360-degree shopping experiences, the corner stores offer a range of retailtainment features that showcase Bvlgari’s high perfumery collections. They offer the luxury house’s Bvlgari Allegra, Bvlgari Allegra Maxi Shelley and Bvlgari Le Gemme lines.
Other fragrance lines featured include the Bvlgari Rose Goldea Blossom Delight, Bvlgari Omnia and Bvlgari Man collections.
Tech guided discovery invites shoppers to discover Bvlgari’s collection via a dedicated app. The app recommends a personal Allegra scent. It also introduces the Bvlgari Allegra Maxi Shelley line, offering personal styling tips and street style inspiration.
To bring Bvlgari’s Roman spirit to life, the stores offer bespoke gift-wrapping services, complimentary mocktails inspired by classic Italian aperitifs, take-home recipe cards, customised notes with Italian love poems and traditional ‘Dolcetti’ Italian desserts.
The store designs draw from Bvlgari’s Roman heritage and feature Italian Pavonazzetto marble with gold and beige details. A pillar-like stand is a key design feature, becoming a central spot for fragrance exploration. The stores’ muted colour palette is balanced out by saffron-coloured back walls, a hue inspired by the colour of a Roman sunset.
Superlative Italian emotions: Bvlgari Allegra
The Bvlgari Allegra collection was inspired by Italian emotions. Each scent in the line can be magnified to offer more intensity and numerous personalisation opportunities. The collection comprises five eaux de parfums: Fiori D’Amore, Riva Solare, Dolce Estasi, Fantasia Veneta and Rock’ N’ Rome.
In addition, the Allegra line’s ‘Magnifying Essences’ of Rose, Bergamot, Patchouli, Vanilla and Musk allow the wearer a range of personalisation options to suit every mood and occasion. The Magnifying Essences were crafted by Master Perfumer Jacques Cavallier.
This year, Bvlgari has unveiled three new Allegra creations: Spettacolore, Baciami and the Magnifying Myrrh Essence. Spettacolore contrasts light and darkness with Iris notes on a backdrop of dusky myrrh. Baciami, which translates to ‘kiss me’ in Italian is an amber-floral scent made with vanilla and gardenia. The Magnifying Myrrh Essence is a white amber veil that blends seamlessly with any scent in the Allegra line.
The colours of Italy: Bvlgari Allegra Maxi Shelley
The Bvlgari Allegra Maxi Shelley collection is a line of vibrant silk scarves that were inspired by the fragrance notes of the Allegra fragrance line. The 100% silk scarves were created in the house’s Lake Como silk atelier, offering various styling options and adding an element of personalisation to the Allegra collection.
Gems of Nature: Bvlgari Le Gemme
Bvlgari Le Gemme was inspired by the ‘Bvlgari Gems Road’ which represents the house’s gemstone sourcing routes. Travelling from East to West, Le Gemme underscores the brand’s ‘Gems of Nature’ ethos and features a vast array of exceptional ingredients.
The collection expresses the connections between the gemstones of Bvlgari’s fine-jewellery creations and the ingredients in its fragrance lines. Each fragrance bottle in the Le Gemme range features a different gemstone reproduction on the bottle cap, accented with a gold-toned band. The Le Gemme bottle is likened to a Roman Obelisk, which represents the opulence of Rome.
Le Gemme consists of nine scents: Desiria, Tygar, Garanat, Onekh, Rubinia, Yasep, Falkar, and Empyr.
