Retail inMotion relaunches Lufthansa inflight retail offer for intercontinental flights

GERMANY. Airline retail and technology solutions provider Retail inMotion has relaunched Lufthansa’s inflight shopping offer for intercontinental flights. The programme brings an updated selection of boutique products to the German flag carrier’s passengers.

From today, Lufthansa passengers will be able to choose from a new product assortment developed by Retail inMotion in partnership with the airline’s retail brand WorldShop. It includes travel essentials, bestsellers and premium brand products.

The Lufthansa Inflight Shopping powered by WorldShop product offer is clustered into themes: products that show you care, products for your journey, and exclusives from Germany such as the Lufthansa aviation tag and Creative-Tonie Lufthansa Flight Attendant.

The aviation tag is a limited one-off and collector’s piece from the Lufthansa Upcycling Collection. It features a free lost-and-found luggage service once the product has been registered.

The Creative-Tonie Lufthansa Flight Attendant Audio Toy offers 90 minutes of playback time for kids’ audio adventures or music.

Products for your journey include Lufthansa-branded kids’ socks from Falke, which come with textile pens allowing children to get creative and entertain themselves onboard.

Lufthansa intercontinental passengers can look forward to a revamped onboard shopping offer

Premium audio products include the Bose QuietComfort 45 Wireless Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Headphones.

The products that show you care selection includes the Nuud vegan deodorant packed in a bioplastic tube made from sugar cane. Also available is the ‘Stop The Water While Using Me!’ all-natural, waterless shampoo bar handmade in Germany. This product is 100% vegan and biodegradable.
