UK handbag and accessories brand Radley will present its new Travel Exclusive collection for AW17 at next month’s TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition (stand S16).
The 82-piece range was created by Radley’s in-house design team to meet the growing demand of the travel retail market. The collection features colourful bags, purses and pouches crafted from lightweight fabrics and leathers.
Travel totes and all-purpose pouches feature the brand’s Paper Trail print, while nautical inspired leather shoulder bags come with matching purses. The “slim and streamlined” cross body Pocket Bag has been given a seasonal update and now includes a gold feature zip and contemporary branding.
Radley will also unveil its dedicated travel retail point-of-sale unit in Singapore. Aimed at mid-store floor spaces and self-replenishment, the unit has been designed to align with the new Radley Retail concept featuring the latest elements of copper and dark woods.
According to the brand, the unit will allow retailers to showcase a varied selection of best-sellers. Key elements of the units, which range from 0.4sq m to 2.7sq m, are SKU density and self-storage. The first unit will launch at Manchester Airport Terminal 1 this year.
Radley is currently present on 65 cruise vessels and in around 30 airport locations. A further seven openings are planned for 2017.
