QATAR. Qatar Duty Free Company is seeking a Senior Manager Marketing to conceptualise and lead all brand marketing activities, ecommerce marketing and all duty free activities.
The successful candidate will work closely with Purchasing, Retail Operations and other departments at Qatar Duty Free and Qatar Airways Group, playing a vital role in the retailer’s executive management team.
Promoting the opportunity on social media, Qatar Duty Free Vice President Operations Thabet Musleh said: “Due to significant growth in the business we are looking for a dynamic and commercially astute Head of Marketing to join the great team at QDF.”
The candidate will be required to manage marketing support staff and oversee all marketing, promotional and business development activities to maximise business for Qatar Duty Free. At least ten years of relevant experience are required, with a good understanding of market practices in the travel retail industry.
