Qatar Duty Free and HMSHost open two restaurants at Hamad International

QATAR. Qatar Duty Free and HMSHost International have partnered to open two restaurants at Hamad International Airport.

Casual dining concept Burger Federation and bakery Spizzico are located in the North Node of the airport’s main terminal.

Burger Federation is a casual dining concept offering high-quality cuisine

Burger Federation is said to offer both locally- and internationally-inspired burgers that have been “reinvented as contemporary gourmet cuisine”. HMSHost said the concept responded to customers’ growing demand for high-quality meat. Quick-service outlet Spizzico offers a range of gourmet pizzas, paninis, pastries and salads.

Qatar Duty Free Senior Vice President Luis Gasset said: “Qatar Duty Free is delighted to enhance its portfolio of quality eateries inside the [airport] with the addition of these two wonderful new restaurants. We invite travellers to try Burger Federation and Spizzico located at the North Node as well as the more than 30 restaurants and grab-and-go-style establishments offering an extensive selection of cuisine from all corners of the globe, strategically placed across the South and North Duty Free Plazas and along Concourses A, B, C, D and E.”
