Puig adds Gloss to Prada Candy fragrance range

Puig has added Prada Candy Gloss to the Prada Candy fragrance line. The scent is rolling out this month to travel retail worldwide .

Prada Candy Gloss evolved from the idea of applying layer upon layer of olfactory elements to create a “rich and uplifting new expression of the Prada woman”.

Prada Candy fragrances are inspired by the sweetest gourmande facets of the Prada woman

Blended by Daniela Andrier under the creative direction of Miuccia Prada, the fragrance opens with cherry notes, while the heart features orange blossom. Vanilla-like almond is infused with musk at the base.

Candy Gloss, available in travel retail as a 50ml and 80ml, is housed in a deep pink bottle which has a curved bottom. The top is framed with shiny gold piping. The pink presentation box features a smattering of lipstick motifs, both outside and in, a nod to the Prada lip print.

Full details of the Prada Candy Gloss promotional film will be revealed at the end of May

The supporting promotional film uses stop-animation which aims to take viewers on a “playful trip into Candy’s kaleidoscopic world”. Model Lexi Boling stars in the film, where she appears in a portable TV set with fragrance bottles and boxes.

The Prada Candy fragrance collection also includes the original Prada Candy, Prada Candy Florale and Prada Candy Kiss.
