UAE. Proximo Spirits has partnered with Dubai Duty Free to showcase luxury tequila brand Maestro Dobel at Dubai International Airport Concourse B. Limited editions Dobel 50 Cristalino and Dobel 50 Extra Anejo 1969 are the focus of a high-profile activation at the location, where two branded pillars inside the main store and a team of brand ambassadors seek to engage travellers.
Dubai Duty Free carries one of the largest collections of Dobel 50 Extra Anejo 1969 Limited Edition in the world, with only 10,000 bottles produced.
Proximo Spirits said this limited edition represents “a prestige tequila that exists on a par with malt whisky, luxury Cognac or vintage Champagne”. It is joined by Dobel 50 Cristalino, another complex, multi-aged tequila from the house. Both are cultivated for at least eight years before being harvested and aged in American and French oak barrels before being finished in Sauternes barrels.

The Dobel 50 Extra Anejo 1969 Limited Edition 750ml retails at US$475 and the Dobel 50 Cristalino 750ml at US$165 at Dubai Duty Free.
