AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND. JR/Duty Free is giving away four BMW i8 ‘supercars’ – worth over A$320,000/NZ$282,000 – plus a Mini in a major five-airport promotion.
The BMW i8 promotion runs until 1 March 2018 for customers at Brisbane, Perth, Christchurch and Wellington airports. One lucky winner will be drawn at each location.
Customers at Darwin Airport have their own similar competition to win a Mini, worth over A$41,000.
To stand a chance of winning any of the cars, customers simply have to spend A$100/NZ$100 in-store or online on any liquor product to go into the draw.

“We are hoping to give suppliers a greater ability to communicate their brand message over the Christmas, school holiday and Chinese New Year period via JR/Duty Free.”
The competition is part of JR/Duty Free’s recently unveiled Get More campaign, which emphasises the retailer’s competitive edge against domestic counterparts.
JR/Duty Free has joined forces with its airport and liquor partners in Australia and New Zealand to run the great motor giveaway, including Absolut, Accolade Wines, Amarula, Appleton Estate, Beam Suntory, Bombay Sapphire, Church Road, The Glenlivet and Aberlour, Johnnie Walker, Jose Cuervo, Kraken, Martell Cognac, Pernod Ricard, Pommery and Vok Beverages.
Anyone travelling via Brisbane, Perth, Christchurch, Wellington airports can see the BMW i8 on display; similarly, the Mini is on display at Darwin Airport.
Customers who purchase A/NZ$100 of liquor in-store or online (https://winacar.jrdutyfree.com/ for Brisbane, Perth, Christchurch, Wellington airports; https://winamini.jrdutyfree.com/ for Darwin Airport) are also eligible to enter. Entry is online (or using the iPads available in-store). Bonus entries apply when a customer buys a liquor product from select competition partners.
