Poetry in Motion: JCDecaux launches “cutting edge” digital screens at Heathrow T5

UK. JCDecaux Airport UK has unveiled its latest digital advertising space at London Heathrow Terminal 5.

The ‘Motion Showcase’ consists of two full motion digital screens positioned on the route from immigration to baggage reclaim. Luxury jewellery retailer Boodles is the launch partner on the digital platforms.

At 3mm pitch, Motion Showcase offers the highest quality screens across Heathrow’s digital inventory, according to JCDecaux.

The company commented: “Post Brexit, the pound’s dramatic fall in value has resulted in London becoming a key destination for travellers, with flights to the UK up +7.1% in the four weeks after the vote. British luxury goods companies have seen a boost in sales in the wake of Brexit; there is no better way for these brands to reach ‘shopping hungry’ tourists than when they first step off the plane, on that Arrivals route through Heathrow.”
