UK. Plaza Premium Group has opened a new passenger lounge at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4, with the operator’s Flight Club concept described as “a key feature” of the facility.
The arrivals lounge is available to passengers and airport visitors and includes 25 luxury shower rooms, a lounge and bar area, and room for up to 75 people at any one time.
Flight Club, which is unique to Plaza Premium lounges, promises “a dining experience inspired by healthy eating”. The concept is “herbs and seeds inspired”, and offers a visually enticing array of dishes and a focus on serving local ingredients, according to the operator.
The dining concept also features a slow pressed juice service, offering drinks containing a variety of superfoods. The menu includes Happy Tum-Tum, which is designed to aid digestion; Charge Me Up, marketed as a morning refresher; and The C Booster, which is rich in Vitamin C.Plaza Premium said Flight Club aims to change the way passengers dine at the airport by encouraging healthy eating.

The Flight Club concept was initially unveiled by Plaza Premium at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Malaysia in December 2015.
