Plaza Premium Lounge at Heathrow Airport T2 named best in class by Skytrax for fifth consecutive year

HONG KONG/UK. Plaza Premium Lounge at London Heathrow Airport T2 departures has been rated as ‘World’s Best Independent Airport Lounge’ for the fifth consecutive year. It received the accolade at the recent Skytrax World Airline Awards.

At the same time, two lounges at Hong Kong International Airport – Plaza Premium Lounge and American Express’s Centurion Lounge, operated by Plaza Premium Lounge – have been named among the top ten best airport lounges.

Skytrax’s World Airline Awards are determined through the largest annual global airline customer satisfaction survey, completed by millions of global air passengers.

The latest customer survey was undertaken across a 23-month period between September 2019 and July 2021, covering a mix of travel times before and after the start of pandemic.

Since 2020, PPG has developed and implemented its ‘Build Back Better’ business transformation strategy.
