Plaza Premium Group and SATS win Singapore Changi Airport T4 lounge contract

HONG KONG/SINGAPORE. Plaza Premium Group and Singaporean enterprise SATS Ltd have been awarded the airport lounge contract in Singapore Changi Airport’s new Terminal 4.

The Moodie Davitt Report was the sole travel retail media present when Singapore Changi unveiled its T4 earlier this year.

Plaza Premium Lounge Investment China and SATS, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Asia-Pacific Star Private Limited, will design, build, operate and manage the Blossom – SATS & Plaza Premium Lounge. It will be the only independent airport lounge in T4 for the next six years.

Blossom – SATS & Plaza Premium Lounge is due to open later this year

Located at Level 2M within the transit area, the lounge will take up a space of approximately 1,100sq m and offer seating for 280 guests.

Slated to soft open later this year alongside the official commencement of T4 operations, Blossom Lounge will offer 24-hour hospitality, bar, catering, shower, massage, manicure and pedicure, front-of-house, housekeeping and other services.

Plaza Premium Founder and CEO Song Hoi-see said: “We are excited to be awarded by Changi Airport Group again, and this time collaborate with SATS to introduce Skytrax world’s best airport lounge service to the new T4 through our new lounge, offering exceptional hospitality and a seamless airport experience to Changi travellers.

“In addition to Plaza Premium Lounge in Changi T1, we look forward to welcoming all travellers through another world-class airport lounge facility in association with SATS.”
