Paradies Lagardère names Cassie Nelson as Vice President F&B Operations

USA. Leading North American travel retailer and restaurateur Paradies Lagardère has named Cassie Nelson as Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations.

She will report to Senior Vice President Food & Beverage Bill Casey, who said: “As Paradies Lagardère continues to successfully grow its food & beverage business in airports throughout North America, we look to industry veterans such as Cassie to help with these efforts. Cassie has extensive expertise in the food & beverage industry, and we look forward to her contributions.”

The company said that Ms Nelson will “identify and facilitate initiatives that support Paradies Lagardère’s growth, with dual focus in both the field and corporate areas of the business”.

Ms Nelson has more than 20 years of experience with The McDonald’s Corporation. She began her career as an hourly-crew member, and has held field and corporate roles including Vice President of Franchising and Operations, as well as Vice President and General Manager of the Heartland Region.

She was most recently a joint venture partner with Bloomin’ Brands and Carrabba’s Italian Grill restaurants.
