Paradies Lagardère adds Bar Louie to dining options at Dallas Fort Worth International

USA. Paradies Lagardère has extended the food & beverage options at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport with the opening of a Bar Louie restaurant.

Bar Louie operates in 133 locations across the USA, and the new Terminal D outlet is the bar/dining concept’s first in an airport.

Taking flight: Boneless Wings – one of the many Bar Louie specialities.

Bar Louie offers travellers breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Its menu includes Gastrobar burgers, flatbreads and salads.

Chicken & Churros combines a buttermilk-marinated chicken breast with spiced churros, buffalo-maple glaze, and smoked onion. Charred Lemon Caesar Salad features romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, pretzel crumbs and parmesan cheese, while the 100% plant-based Impossible Burger is said to have the look and taste of beef.

The restaurant also has a kid’s menu with traditional favourites such as peanut butter and jelly and grilled cheese sandwiches.

Drinking experience: Signature cocktails are part and parcel of the Bar Louie concept.

Bar Louie’s drinks include cocktails, wine, beer, a strawberry lemonade sangria and the Dos Sauza Margarita.

As reported, Paradies Lagardère recently expanded its F&B operations with the acquisition of Hojeij Branded Foods. A new Dining Division aims to replicate the familiar quality, taste, and atmosphere of popular restaurant brands into an airport setting.

Paradies Lagardère Dining Division President Regynald Washington commented: “The Paradies Lagardère Dining Division is excited to bring a popular concept such as Bar Louie into an airport, and we’re honoured Bar Louie selected us as a partner for its first airport restaurant.”

Bar Louie Chief Executive Officer Tom Fricke added: “We are excited to introduce our brand to a wide variety of new people and hope they join Bar Louie in the Gastrobar revolution.”
