Paradies Lagardère adds 100 terminals measuring customer satisfaction

USA. Travel retail and restaurant group Paradies Lagardère is adding 100 terminals measuring customer satisfaction in selected airport locations.

At check out or on leaving, passengers can select one of four buttons on HappyOrNot’s ‘Smiley’ terminals to rate their experience: very happy, happy, sad, very sad. The HappyOrNot data collection and reporting system allows Paradies Lagardère’s staff to receive this feedback in near real-time and address any issues.

Four buttons reflecting different levels of happiness give travellers the opportunity to rate their experience.

Paradies Lagardère said it piloted the terminals in retail locations in Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International airports.

“Lagardère is committed to giving our customers first-class customer service,” said Paradies Lagardère President and CEO Gregg Paradies. “The airport experience is part of a traveller’s journey, and one that should be enjoyable and convenient.

“Data points collected from the terminals allow us to monitor our customer satisfaction levels according to time of day, day of the week and in multiple locations. We’re able to pinpoint specific areas of concern and are able to address them immediately.”
