OTG opens six Global Bazaar concepts at United Airlines’ Newark Liberty hub

USA. OTG has opened six new Global Bazaar concepts at United Airlines’ Newark Liberty International Airport hub.

Each of the outlets serve as breakfast concepts in the morning but transform into a different concept for the rest of the day.

Asian street food concept Wabi-Sabi, Notorious P.I.G. BBQ, and Uptop Pizzeria have debuted this week. The outlets begin the day as their breakfast counterparts Crepe Juliet, Flip Flop Pancake Shop and Breakfast Boli, respectively.

Travellers can build their own pizza at Uptop Pizzeria (pictured above), OTG said, picking from a menu of fresh ingredients. It is then assembled and fired up at the outlet.

OTG worked with design company Rockwell Group to create the concepts and the change-over concept. As reported, the company opened its first ‘dynamic’ Global Bazaar concepts last year.
