Opposites attract in Lacoste’s dual Magnetic fragrance launch

Lacoste has introduced scents Eau de Lacoste L.12.12 Magnetic Pour Elle and Pour Lui to travel retail worldwide, the first dual fragrances from the brand to be launched together.

The fragrances take classic notes from the Eau de Lacoste L.12.12 range, adding new facets to create depth. A common thread of patchouli and violet runs through both fragrances.

Magnetic Pour Elle opens with pretty lady flower, a new note reminiscent of tropical fruits, layered over a heart of jasmine and violet leaves absolute. The juice finishes with vanilla and patchouli.

Magnetic Pour Lui features a fresh green mountain juniper note which gives way to a watery violet accord over a base of amber and patchouli.

The visuals for the campaign show a male and female model playfully encircling each other at the start of a duel. The female wears a pleated Lacoste tennis skirt and the male wears a white polo shirt.

Eau de Lacoste L.12.12 Magnetic Pour Elle will be available in 25ml (€35), 45ml (€47), 80ml (€64) and Eau de Lacoste L.12.12 Magnetic Pour Lui in 50ml (€44), 100ml (€60) and 175ml (€72).
