Nuance-Watson (Singapore) and Estée Lauder have teamed up for a special Christmas promotion

SINGAPORE. Nuance-Watson (Singapore) and Estée Lauder have teamed up to create a special gift engraving and packaging service for customers at the retailer’s Singapore Changi Airport perfumes & cosmetics stores. The service is available until 28 December.

During the period, personalised gift bags with gift tags will accompany Estée Lauder purchases over S$150 and, in an exclusive service available at the airport, customers will be able to have selected products – including selected lipsticks, powder compacts and palettes – engraved.

This is the first time Nuance-Watson (Singapore) has teamed up with a brand owner to create services to match those available in domestic market stores for the holiday season.

Nuance-Watson (Singapore) Category Manager for Perfumes & Cosmetics Chillie Por said: “The idea to provide a gifting service is not new, commonly seen at downtown stores. However, it is a different story for the travel retail environment with the LAG (Liquids, Aerosols, Gels) restrictions in place. By providing the pre-folded gift bags, we have found a way to comply with travel restrictions while at the same time providing our customers with a convenient way to do their Christmas shopping with us. They can simply put their gifts in the gift bags when they arrive at their destination.”

A dedicated Estée Lauder event space lies at the entrance to the T3 Perfumes & Cosmetics store

Until December 28, there will be a dedicated Estée Lauder event space at the entrance to the Perfumes & Cosmetics store at Changi Airport Terminal 3. The installation will stock Estée Lauder holiday gift packs, best sellers and latest products to enhance the festive shopping experience for travellers. Estée Lauder beauty assistants are on hand to help customers with their gift selection.

The area is decorated in gold and red in line with the holiday theme with an additional counter to cater for the gifting and engraving services.
