INTERNATIONAL. Low-cost airline Norwegian has announced a new partnership permitting its loyalty programme members to earn rewards when booking airport lounge access.
The tie-up with Priority Pass owner Collinson Group will allow Norwegian Reward members to collect ‘CashPoints’ when booking their lounge at the marketing agency’s Lounge Pass website. The points can be exchanged for money off flights, seat reservations and more.
Norwegian Reward has five million members and Lounge Pass has a network of 426 airport lounges in 265 airports worldwide, including 148 in Europe.
Commenting on the new arrangement, Norwegian Reward Senior Vice President Brede Huser said: “Not only will it improve our members’ airport experience but they can also earn more CashPoints that can make future travel with Norwegian even more affordable.”
Norwegian Reward members can earn CashPoints when booking Norwegian flights, hotel rooms and car rental with partner organisations.
