Nepal Airlines calls tender for inflight duty free service

NEPAL. Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) is inviting companies to bid for a five-year inflight duty free contract.

The contract begins in mid-March 2018 and contains a two-year extension option. Documents should be submitted on or before 10 January 2018.

The terms and conditions of the contract state that the service provider should be a reputed duty free and travel retail company registered in South Asia, Asia Pacific or the Middle East.

The provider needs to have been operating for at least ten years. It should also currently be managing at least ten airlines, including at least two flag carriers, and catering to five million or more passengers annually.
