USA. Napa Farms Market is donating 1% of its sales at San Francisco International Airport Terminal 2 and International Terminal G to the Red Cross to benefit the victims of the devastating fires in Napa and Sonoma counties.
The support campaign began yesterday, 13 October. “So many of our artisan partners, friends and family have been impacted by the fires,” said Michael Levine, CEO of Tastes on the Fly Restaurant Group, which owns and operates Napa Farms Market. “We are putting our resources to work immediately to help with the recovery process.”
In addition to the 1% contribution from sales, Napa Farms Markets has installed Red Cross donation boxes and is providing customers a link to donate directly. “Many of our loyal customers recognise our connection to the region and are asking how they can help,” said Napa Farms Market Brand Manager Leslie Knox. “We want to make it easy for them to support this beautiful area in its time of need.”
Tastes on the Fly received a Highly Commended accolade in the Food Hall of the Year category at the 2017 Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) Awards organised by The Moodie Davitt Report. It was also named Americas Food Hall of the Year. The operator was also named Airport Revenue News’ (ARN) 2016 Food & Beverage Operator of the Year. It operates 17 restaurant brands in four US airports.
